Shipping & Delivery

When will my package ship?

Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST, which are being filled from our warehouse, will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, which are being filled from the warehouse will be shipped the next business day. Orders filled from another one of our facilities may incur a slight delay.

When will my package arrive?

The majority of orders shipped within the continental USA will arrive within 5 business days. Some items may be shipped from one of our stores, and delivery may take longer than 5 days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email including delivery tracking numbers for each shipment sent to you. Please note, for orders shipped in separate packages, you will only be charged for shipping once.

Shipment confirmation

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your purchase has left our facilities. The shipping confirmation email will include delivery tracking information.

Track an order/delivery

To track delivery on a Lord & Taylor order please refer to the tracking number sent in the shipment confirmation email that was sent to you when your order left our facilities. Some orders may come in separate packages; in this situation, you will receive an individual shipment confirmation email for each package including tracking information.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are based on order totals.

Beauty and fragrance orders over $49.00 qualify for free standard shipping.

Expedited shipping options and fees below apply, except during promotional shipping periods noted above:

2nd Day Delivery: Add $7.00 to standard shipping cost 
Next Day Delivery: Add $13.00 to standard shipping cost 
Saturday Delivery: Add $35.00 to standard shipping cost 
Please note, some orders may ship in separate packages but you will only be charged for shipping once.

Shipping to multiple addresses
